The GROCO SE-4000 Series Bronze large raw water strainer is the ideal solution for filtering cooling water for any large marine engine. Designed for high power engines with 4″, 5″ or 6″ intakes, constructed from solid bronze with a 304 Stainless Steel basket as standard. The strainer cap and basket have replaceable zinc anode protection for long life, there are no insiude tie rods making basket cleaning simpler.

The sight glass is manufactured form crystal clear acrylic, o-ring seals are used on all mating surfaces and all models can be converted to hydromatic self cleaning operation. Bronze flange adaptors area vailable for connecting to pipe or hose to flanged strainers. contact us if required.
