Its T-shape design delivers a very well balanced operation that is incredibly reliable and fail-free, delivering instant improvement to your boat ride.

Robust Design

The Inox-316 body is designed to withstand the high forces encountered on the open sea. With a 35mm stroke height it is available in 6 different lengths to meet the vast majority of install requirements. In addition custom lengths up to 2 meters can be manufactured on request.

The BT interceptors have an Inox-316 body, which allows them to withstand the high forces of the open sea. Its simple design principle ensures that it never fails, even in the harshest sea conditions and at the same time provides a very simple installation process

Patented Pneumatic Technology

The BT Series operates using Hydrotab’s revolutionary patented technology. The interceptor is controlled with a high resistance air bladder which is expanded pneumatically. This simple design allows an open-to-the-sea-water mechanism that requires no sealing or use of any sensitive to sea-water parts (gears, shafts, electronic elements, motors, etc), mitigating common issues associated with salt water and galvanic corrosion.

In addition, this innovative technology ensures massive shifting forces (up to 3500 kg!) that scale up as the size of the bladder increases. This allows the BT series to be made in any size – from 20cm all the way to 2m in length!
