With a 35mm stroke height and six standard model lengths available, the BT Series provides flexibility for a wide range of boat trim system installations. Patented Pneumatic Technology

The BT Series operates using Hydrotab’s patented pneumatic technology. The interceptor is controlled by a high-resistance air bladder, which expands pneumatically to deliver fast, powerful and reliable movement.

This open-to-seawater design removes the need for sensitive components such as gears, shafts, motors, electronic parts or complex sealing systems. By reducing exposure to parts that can be affected by seawater, salt and galvanic corrosion, the Hydrotab BT Series offers a practical, low-maintenance alternative to more complex boat trim systems.

This pneumatic interceptor technology also delivers impressive shifting forces of up to 3,500kg, with power scaling as the bladder size increases. As a result, the BT Series can be manufactured in lengths from 20cm up to 2m, providing a highly adaptable marine interceptor solution for different vessel sizes and installation requirements.
