Balance loads, plane faster, increase efficiency and performance with Bennett BOLT Electric Trim Tab systems, built to outlast any electric trim tab system on the market. The BOLT 12/16 Heavy Duty is constructed from 12-gauge, electro-polished stainless steel, featuring a full-profile backing plate, and up-fins for added strength.
The kit comes complete with:
- 12-volt adjustable upper hinge actuators with 6-ft. cables and waterproof connectors (BEA3000) * 2
- 12″ span x 16 chord” heavy-duty tapered electro-polished trim tabs * 2
- 20-ft. wire harnesses with waterproof connectors (BAW2020) * 2
Note: The BOLT electric kits do not come with a control unit, please add the required control unit below.
The BOLT 12/16 Heavy Duty system is designed for rougher conditions and higher speeds with extremely durable 12-gauge, electro-polished stainless steel, featuring a full-profile backing plate, and up-fins for added strength. The system delivers power, precision and durability, allowing the skipper to get the best performance from the boat, reducing fuel consumption and improving pitching and porpoising, promoting earlier planing and reducing time in displacement mode.
BOLT electric actuators stop and start immediately with the press of the switch, they provide precise control and instant response time, they are simpler to fit and do not require the installation of hydraulic hoses or a pump.
There are 3 options of control switch to operate the BOLT electric trim tab system:
- Rocker Control (BRC4000) – Entry level ergonomically designed, water resistant control, provides a distinctive ‘click’ when operated
- All-in-one Control (OBI9000E) Stand-alone helm control without the need for an external control unit. The functionality and brains of the control unit are engineered directly into a single, space-saving, and simple-to-install keypad
- AutoTrim Pro (AP000A1BC) All-In-One space-saving keypad control system packed full of features. Easy-to-use, it automatically controls bow rise and corrects listing
